I don't know what State your in but from what I know most States don't allow this due to the problems you mention, moisture. I wouldn't recommend this if it was in code, for the moisture problem, and the copper involved. You'd have a lot of condensation and sweating this would cause corrosion.

Forget carbon footprints: from iPods to road drills to motorbikes, our noise footprints are massive My dad was such a noisy riser that, a few years ago, I wrote a song about it because it was a ritual that was stamped on to my soul. As a child, I’d hear his buzzsaw snoring suddenly stop as though it had run into a wall. I’d hear him sigh hugely and yawn operatically. He’d say, “I’m just getting up!” – and then he’d get up. His slippers made more noise than tap shoes across the landing; the sounds he manufactured daily in the bathroom were mysterious, sluice-like, medieval. He’d tramp downstairs heavily, making the fifth step bray like a donkey. The kettle hissed, whooshed and whistled in the kitchen and his cutlery rattled. He’d shout upstairs, “I’m just having my breakfast”, and my mother would stare at the silent ceiling and grit her teeth. Noiselessly, of course. So that’s why, when I get up early to go for my morning stroll, I try to be as quiet as I can. I slip from the sheets as…

““Remixing” has figured centrally in the Web 2.0 vocabulary. But, remixing isn’t new. It has a long history, going back as long as we’ve been making art. Artists have always been collecting material, combining it, and transforming it into something new. Kirby Ferguson’s new video, Everything is a Remix, teases this apart as he brings you back to 1960s Paris and London – to the cut-up literature of William S. Burroughs and the songs written by Led Zeppelin with a liberal amount of borrowing. This video, the first in a series of four, appears on Ferguson’s web site in a nice large format. Have a look and consider donating to his Everything is a Remix project.”

    Be creative!
Anything that will stimulate retention of said vocab words.
Studies prove that mindless repetition of study material (in this case, vocabulary words) is very ineffective when compared to other methods, such as being able to relate the information to other stored memories, visualizations, etc.(semantic encoding)
For instance, if you were asked to memorize "key", "hay", "pig" and "dog", you could say these words over and over until memorized, or try a method of semantic encoding, like visualizing yourself unlocking a barn door with a key, where there is a bale of hay and a pig chasing a dog. Of course, this example doesn't define the terms, but it's just a representation of how encoding the MEANING of something is more effective than mindless repetition.

There is a powder cleaning product called TSP, that you can purchase at any hardware store. Follow the directions on the box.

Buy the primer KILZ. After the walls are completely dry, paint them with the Kilz.

Then apply a water based enamel paint.

Never use a latex paint in the bathroom because moisture gets under it and it starts to bubble and pull away from the wall. All bleach does is change the color of the dirt and sterilize it.
