There is a powder cleaning product called TSP, that you can purchase at any hardware store. Follow the directions on the box.
Buy the primer KILZ. After the walls are completely dry, paint them with the Kilz.
Then apply a water based enamel paint.
Never use a latex paint in the bathroom because moisture gets under it and it starts to bubble and pull away from the wall. All bleach does is change the color of the dirt and sterilize it.

To be fair to JS, he engaged in a brief dialog with me about his perspectives on my question – fairly and intelligently – though I had the impression he initially misunderstood what my point was – which was quietly cleared up. The question of ethnic/religious nationalism being *utterly* incompatible with civic nationalism and/or Western democratic values is a twitchy topic if it’s not clearly understood. *nod*

try insulating the pipe that vents to the roof to stop condinsation
also try to see if thair is a flap that opens when you turn the fan on and should close after its shut off blocking any warm air from getting to the pipes wile not in use.

Not all Black guys are like that. But, many Black guys have been beat by their mommas their whole life. Many of their aunts have molested them like in that movie about the little Black boy that joined the Navy and found out who his parents were. Denzel Wahington was in it. I can't remember the name. It was a great movie though.
